2.- Reservation Modifications

Any modification request must be made at least:

  • 30 business days in advance for individual travelers.
  • 60 business days in advance for groups.

Pueblo Travel S.A.C. reserves the right to accept or reject the modification based on the availability of its tourism providers (accommodations, tour operators, transportation, among others).

If the traveler decides not to complete a service already in progress, no refund will be issued for the unused portion.

4.- Cancellation Policies (Travel Transfer)

If the traveler is unable to complete the itinerary due to personal reasons or illness, they may transfer the trip to another person, provided that notice is given at least 15 business days before the start of the trip.

This transfer applies only to accommodations and tours and does not apply to entrance tickets to Machu Picchu, flight tickets, train tickets, or bus tickets, as these are non-transferable.
If a name change is required, the new traveler must assume any name change penalties or, if necessary, pay the full service cost again.

5.- Reservation Modifications (Availability)

Selected hotels are subject to availability.
If the chosen hotel is unavailable, Pueblo Travel S.A.C. may substitute it with another of the same or higher category, maintaining the same service quality.

Entrance to Machu Picchu (Circuit 2) is subject to availability at the time of booking.
If Circuit 2 is unavailable, access will be arranged to an alternative circuit in accordance with the current regulations of the managing authority.

6.- Refund Policy and Acceptance of Terms

By contracting our services, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions described herein.
